Notre bureau d’études mécanique étudie, imagine et conçoit des pièces et produits novateurs, conçus pour faire progresser et transformer durablement votre industrie.

Nous intervenons sur la conception, l’analyse et le prototypage des composants et des sous-ensembles des véhicules en veillant à leur sécurité et durabilité.

Travaux de fonderie

Nous optimisons la création de pièces et d’outillages de fonderie afin de réduire le poids et d’améliorer la qualité des pièces.

Reverse-Engineering

A partir de nuages de point ou scan 3D, nous sommes capables de modifier partiellement ou de redessiner entièrement des pièces mécaniques ou esthétiques, tout en prenant en compte leur environnement.

Équipements industriels

Sur la base de votre cahier des charges, nous assurons la réalisation des plans de fabrication, d’assemblage et de montage vouées à concrétiser vos projets industriels

Consultation

À réception d’un projet, notre bureau d’études mécanique vous propose un premier rendez-vous dédié à la compréhension ou rédaction du cahier des charges.

Études de prélancement

Elipsia interroge ensuite la faisabilité du projet en étudiant les normes, les défis potentiels et en réalisant une première série de simulations avancées.

Plans & Prototypes

Sur la base des études réalisées, nous élaborons différents plans et développons des prototypes pour affiner les détails avant la phase de production.

Conception

Le concept validé et les fonctionnalités testées, nous réalisons les modèles finaux en respectant les plus hauts standards de qualité en vue de l’implémentation.
